Proudly built from the ground up by a father-and-son team.

We started S&J Excavation with a simple goal: do better work than what we were seeing around us. With years of experience, we noticed a real gap in quality when it came to excavation work in our area. Since we already owned the equipment from our plumbing business, expanding into excavation just made sense.

Based in Fraser, Michigan, S&J Excavation performs sewer excavation and replacement, sewer and water taps, street saw cutting and associated excavation, trench excavation and backfill, residential catch-basin and defined drainage work, culvert work, window-well replacement, gravel driveway and parking-lot installation and restoration, and small-structure demolition.

We own and operate excavators, skid steers, a Harley rake, core tap equipment and a walk-behind saw. Keep us in mind for gravel preparation, resurfacing, regrading and repair, as well as qualified excavation projects.
